The Delaval Arms is a Grade II Listed local pub, and is the first (or the last, depending on your perspective)
pub on the Northumberland coast.
Since 2003, the Delaval Arms, and the land associated with it, has been under threat from a number of property
developers. During this time a number of campaigns have been fought to retain the status of The Delaval Arms as an important
local amenity.
